Ingredients

  • 1 pound of cooked pasta in whatever shape you desire
  • ½ cup Natureul Black Truffle Sauce
  • ¼ unsweet almond milk
  • 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the sun-dried tomatoes, stirring occasionally for another two minutes.
  4. Add the almond milk and stir to get all of the garlic and tomatoes off the bottom of the pan. Increase the heat to medium and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the almond milk has thickened.
  5. Reduce heat once again and add the black truffle sauce, stirring to incorporate.
  6. Otional: use an immersion blender on high speed for 2-3 minutes for a smoother sauce. Otherwise, leave it chunky!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of cooked pasta in whatever shape you desire

  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan or vegan equivalent.
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil plus ¼ cup for building sauce

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add black truffle sauce until warmed through to desired temperature, stirring occasionally.
  4. Turn off the heat entirely and transfer to a blender or food processor, adding the parmesan and fresh basil.
  5. Pulse on high, streaming additional ¼ cup oil in as you pulse to create a pesto texture, about 2-3 minutes.
