Tigernut Kasha – Carob and Cinnamon is a blend of carefully selected ingredients; the main ingredient is tigernut flour. Tigernuts (chufa) are not actually nuts but tubers. One of their benefits is a high content of resistant starch fiber. The Kasha does not contain gluten and is appropriate for people with trouble related to gluten intake. Our product is ecological and contains no artificial sweeteners. There are only naturally occuring sugars. It also has no artificial colors, no preservatives, no GMOs, lactose, nuts, milk or other allergens and is suitable for vegans.
Simple use: Mix 3 tbsp of kasha with 3.4 fl oz of water or plant-based drink (warm or cold) and your porridge is done. Feel free to add fruit or other ingredients of your choice.
